Here you will find a summary of the terms and conditions employed by Good Cause Cards to protect both our customers, charities and ourselves.

All products ordered through Good Cause Cards will be subject to these terms and conditions.

By entering into a transaction online with Good Cause Cards or ordering via email you agree to these terms and conditions.

Your statutory rights will not be affected by these terms and conditions.

Our Designs

All the items are individually crafted by hand using the highest quality of product. Therefore please not that not every item will be identical and there may be some slight variation. If there is a substantial difference between the image on the website and the item being sent we will liaise directly with our customer in the first instance.

Minimum Order:

There is a NO minimum order value

Prices:

Prices quoted on our website are correct at the time of publication and may be subject to change without prior notice. Any price increase will not affect orders, which have already been confirmed.

Payment Should be made online for all purchases, if you are not able to do this please email us at mail@goodcausecards.com to arrange an alternative method. To secure your order payment in full will be required before we commence any work on your order. This includes us ordering in any additional supplies needed to make your order. For non-wedding stationery orders proofs will not be sent to the customer unless specifically requested at the point of order. Receipts will be issued for all payments received.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 12 working days.  Please note that this increased to 15 working days if your order is for more that 5 cards.  At busy times of the year, i.e. approaching Christmas, orders may take longer than this so please allow 20 working days for your cards to reach you - if there is a significant delay we will advise you of this as soon as possible.

If you are paying by cheque or by paypal cheque your order will only be send when the payment has cleared.

Postage and packaging costs for within the UK are as below:

Spend between 1p and £2.99 - postage is 75p

Spend between £3.00 and £5.99 - postage is £1.50

Spend between £6.00 and £9.99 - postage is £2.25

Spend between £10.00 and £19.99 - postage £3.50

Spend over £20 postage is free (covered by our costs not affecting our support to charity).

Orders outside the UK mainland and Northern Ireland will be priced on request. Most orders over £10 are dispatched by recorded or special delivery and will require a signature upon delivery. All packages over the value of £150 are sent Special Delivery and also will require a signature upon delivery. Should you require additional insurance for your package additional charges may apply. We shall not be held responsible for loss or damage in transit, although every endeavor will be made to ensure that your stationery is packaged correctly.

We are not responsible for the delay of items sent to you in times industrial action by Royal Mail, please ensure that you allow plenty of time for your order to arrive.

Cancellation:

If an order is cancelled, all completed work must be paid for that exceeds the deposit paid. In the unlikely event of Good Cause Cards canceling your order you will be informed as soon as possible and a full refund, including deposit, will be given

Wedding Stationary & Speficic Orders

Please email us directly at mail@goodcausecards.com to discuss your requirements for Wedding Stationary. We like to offer a personal service and will require a deposit.

Copyright:

All designs, brochure, website and any other promotional material designed for use by Good Cause Cards are covered by copyright and remain the property of Good Cause Cards, they may not be copied under any circumstance. All rights reserved. Any person or persons found in breach of copyright will be dealt with according to current UK law.

The client is responsible for ensuring that they have permission to use any material (e.g. poems and hymns) you ask Good Cause Cards to include in your stationery. In particular you agree to indemnify Good Cause Cards against any action bought against it for breach of a third partys copyright.

Data Protection:

Good Cause Cards uses customer’s personal data solely for the purpose of completing your order or for marketing within our business only. Your data will not be passed on to any third party for marketing or any other purpose.

Fault Products & Refunds

As these products are handmade there may be occasions where the product arrives in an unsuitable condition.  In this instance we would ask you to return the card to us, and either recieve a replacement or refund for the item.  The customer is responsible for postage costs to return the card.  If the faulty card doesn't arrive back to Good Cause Cards we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

If a refund is made this will not affect the donation made to the charity/charities on your behalf.

Complaints:

Should you not be satisfied with the service or the products you receive from Good Cause Cards please write to us with your concerns. We will endeavor to rectify the situation so all parties are happy. In the case of faulty products we require the items which are to be replaced or refunded to be returned to Good Cause Cards before any refund or exchange is given. All postage costs incurred to return the items will be reimbursed by us. Refunds and exchanges will only be made if the item is found to be faulty, or does not meet your order specification.

We reserve the right to change and update these conditions from time to time.
